| I have worked as a trainer for British Telecom Expedite, as a career coach for the jobcenter / Arbeitsagentur, and for many other organizations. I counselled and consulted several hundreds of employees. I believe in inviting oneself for example with visual clues for more self-control and efficiency. At the same time I am teaching the tools of priming or framing and work with person centered counselling methods. I have the feeling that there is a moral side to those effective methods not to be misused to manipulate others, but to use them for oneself. I did business coachings and discussed business concepts together with 100 CEOs around the world.
